Meet The Team

Amy has 8 years experience, several of those in a manager position. We are very lucky to have her as part of the team as she is organised, enthusiastic and passionate to continue making Rose Buddies childcare the best it can be.

Sharon is our deputy manager and Sunflower room lead which is our preschool room.. She is Level 3 qualified and has been a childminder for many years. She has 3 children and 2 grandchildren and loves being outdoors so often found planting with the children. 

Kat joined us as a level 3 senior practitioner Leading Tulip room which is home to our 2 year olds. She has experience in nurseries and also home based childcare so is able to work with our values as a home from home feel. She is very organised and bubbly so the children love the activities she plans.

Abbie joined us early 2023 as an apprentice  then went on to become qualified Level 3, she is now lead of our Poppy Room which is our 0-2 room. She is organised, conscientious and full of energy! Abbie has a bright future with Rose Buddies and has proved that she huge potential to develop her knowledge.

Caitlin has joined us from another nursery where she help a management position. She is currently studying her Level 5 and has amazing organisation skills. She is a Mum of one and has 5 years experience in nurseries

Helena us to train for her level 3 and has been an asset to our team. Her tuff tray activities are incredible and always has lots of fun ideas to support the children's learning . Her calming influence also works really well and the children love joining her for activities. She is assisting Sharon by leading a group in the Sunflower room.

Connie works alongside Abbie in the Poppy Room and is very calm and organised which works really well with our youngest buddies. She is currently studying for her Level 3 and we excited for her future at Rose Buddies

Molly has joined our team after a career change to follow her passion of working with children. She is very bubbly and fun which the children love and always on hand with activities to engage the children. She is currently working with the children in Tulip Room.

Emily has joined us to study her Level 3 and is currently supporting children in the Daisy Room. She has experience with SEN and has lots of experience with children. She is based between out Tulip and Poppy rooms.

Dolce joined us as cover staff but soon moved on to become a permanent member of staff a she showed so much potential to make an amazing practitioner

Olivia has joined Rose Buddies as a Level 3 apprentice. She is full of energy and the children absolutely love her. She is based mainly in Tulip room with our 2 year olds.

Uju is a qualified teacher in Nigeria and we are lucky to have us join us at Rose Buddies. She loves to sign with the children which has shown a great improvement in overall speech of some of the younger children. She is based mainly in Sunflower room.

Hazel has joined us as a SEN one to one support. She has a wealth of experience with additional needs and is a huge asset to Rose Buddies

Caitlyn has joined us as a Level 3 practitioner in Poppy room. She has worked in another nursery but took a break to have her daughter. We are lucky that she came to us when wanting to return to work.

Karen has joined us a a SEN one to one support. She is patient and kind and all the children love her! Especially her amazing storytelling skills. 

Ava has joined us as a Level 3 practitioner. With experience in two other nurseries she is going to working mainly in our Sunflower room with our older children, assisting them to prepare for school.

We are looking for a part time qualified member of staff. Hours negotiable but would need to be available all year round.
